Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an open case with Swedish social services?
No. This support is for you as a private individual – no paperwork, no requirements.
Will anything I say be reported?
No. Our professionals work under full confidentiality. Nothing is shared unless you specifically request it.
Can I use an alias or email anonymously?
Yes. We understand your need for safety. You’re welcome to book discreetly.

Why do you charge a fee for your support?
Emergency support from social services and non-profit crisis centers/shelters are free of charge in Sweden – and serves as a vital safety net. However, Change Collective offers a different type of intervention:
specialized change management to break free from long-term abuse and control, with high accessibility, trauma expertise, and a clear focus on sustainable transformation.
Our services are professional and tailored to the individual – often involving therapeutic support, safety planning, legal guidance, and help in rebuilding an independent life.
In order to maintain the quality, availability, and confidentiality of each case, we do need to charge for our services.
For those who are currently unable to cover the cost, we collaborate with a trusted financing partner so that you can spread the payment over time – completely discreetly.

Your Privacy & Safety Come First
